| 摘 要： | 根据越南制定的炼化产业长期发展战略规划(2006-2015年),2015年以前,越南将至少建成并投产5个炼油项目和两个化工项目.越南1号炼厂--荣桔炼厂将于2009年2月投产.该炼厂的建成投产,将对越南成品油和原油市场产生深远的影响:结束成品油消费全部依赖进口的历史,今后越南的成品油进口量将明显减少,并开始出口成品油;同时,还将结束越南原油只出口不进口的历史.越南国内的成品油市场格局将由此改变,并影响其周边国家的石油市场,这种影响将在今后两三年内逐步显现.越南作为原油新买家,可能会影响到迪拜原油贴水和价格,并影响价格联动的其他中东原油价格和贴水.作为成品油出口国,有可能挤占中国对越南周边其他国家如老挝等的成品油出口份额.
