On the Influence of College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship on the Practical Ability in Food Quality and Safety

At the present stage, universities in our country often pay more attention to the theoretical education of students in training professional talents, resulting in the lack of students’ practical ability. With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life, the problem of food safety and quality has become particularly prominent. Therefore, universities should give food quality and safety related talents professional knowledge and operational skills training. This paper analyzes the influence of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship on their practical ability in food quality and safety, aiming at cultivating students’ good practical ability, promoting students’ all-round development and providing a steady stream of high-quality talents for the society.
