摘    要:现阶段我国高校在培养专业人才方面,往往更加注重学生的理论教育,导致学生动手实践能力匮乏。在人们生活质量不断提升的同时,食品安全质量问题也变得尤为突出,因此高校应该高度重视对食品质量安全方面相关人才专业知识和操作技能的培养。本文通过对大学生创新创业在食品质量安全中对动手能力的影响进行分析,旨在培育具备良好动手能力的现代人才,促进学生全面发展,从而源源不断地为社会提供高素质人才。

Abstract:At the present stage, universities in our country often pay more attention to the theoretical education of students in training professional talents, resulting in the lack of students’ practical ability. With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life, the problem of food safety and quality has become particularly prominent. Therefore, universities should give food quality and safety related talents professional knowledge and operational skills training. This paper analyzes the influence of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship on their practical ability in food quality and safety, aiming at cultivating students’ good practical ability, promoting students’ all-round development and providing a steady stream of high-quality talents for the society.
