| 摘 要： | 金融控股公司中的防火墙不能完全阻断银行与证券公司之间的风险传递,防火墙还会侵蚀金融控股公司的经济利益。防火墙的设置,应当充分结合金控公司制度特点和混业经营的金融属性,重点考虑防火墙制度在金控公司中的内生性、透明性。防火墙作用的发挥,应当强调市场约束力量,调动金融控股公司内部的积极性和自觉性。

| Abstract: | If the fire dam in financial share holding companies can not block risk transfer between banks and securities firms,it will erode the economic interests of financial share holding companies.It's necessary for installation of fire dams to take full account of the institutional features of financial share holding companies and financial attributes of mixture business,to highlight the internality,transparency of fire dam system in these companies.It's compulsory for exerting the function of fire dams into play... |
