| 摘 要： | 高校实行精细化管理的意义在于降低成本费用、提高资源利用率,做正确的事和正确地做事,提高执行力、实现执行到位。应遵循的原则主要有数据化原则、程序化原则、操作性原则和标准化原则。须注意的问题有加强培训工作、提升学习能力,精细化管理的主体是领导者,要用创新精神指导精细化管理。

| Abstract: | The significance of carrying out the management meticulously in university lies in reducing cost,promoting the efficiency of resources,doing correct work and doing work correctly,and improving the executive power.We should follow the following principles: the principles of digitalization,program,operation and standardization,meanwhile,strengthen the training work,promote learning ability,and the main part of the management is the leader and the work should be guided with creative spirit. |
