| 摘 要： | 区域创新水平是决定地区经济发展的关键要素,而又取决于地区统筹科技资源状况。本文以三重螺旋理论为基础,结合全国统筹科技资源示范区西安的具体实践,分析了其统筹科技资源关系及存在问题,并提出了有效完善措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the theories of the regional innovation system, science and technology resources, triple helix and so on, the article analyzes the current situation of Xi＇an coordinating the relationship of the science and technology resources; then analyzes coordination of the science and technology resources relationship among government-industry-university in Xi＇an, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the economy of Xi＇an to the direction of higher, faster and sustainable development. |
