| 摘 要： | 世界各国对于开放金融服务市场并降低市场准入门槛所持有的审慎政策使得全球金融服务的国际贸易一直进展缓慢。中国在入世以后，经济持续高速增长，为发展我国金融服务行业积累了资本。在近两年由美国次贷危机引发的世界金融危机中，我国突显了审慎金融政策的优势。虽然这次金融危机为我国迅速发展金融服务的国际贸易创造了机会，但是，金融服务国际贸易的隐性和显性壁垒，依然制约了中国金融服务国际贸易的发展。中国应该利用全球金融危机带来的机会，有效部署金融服务国际贸易的战略策略，大力发展我国金融服务国际贸易。

| Abstract: | Financial services industries have been one of the major contributors to the world GDP. Yet they are also among the most heavily regulated of all service sectors due to their leverage effects in economies. The government has been frequently applying prudential regulations that have prevented the international trade in this sector from developing rapidly, which in turn creates trade barriers to China＇s import and export of financial services products. |
