公路沿线土地利用存在问题分析及管理建议

公路沿线的土地利用有这样的特点:公路与居民点结合部出现较多“路边店”,其土地用途以建设用地为主。存在的主要问题有:“路边店”普遍存在违反土地规划的现象;符合土地规划部分项目的土地利用率极其低下。通过对这些问题的分析,提出了完善土地规划和用地审批程序,加强已批准用地跟踪管理的建议,以促进土地集约利用和人口资源环境的可持续发展。

Problems and Management of Land Use Along Highways

Many stores have been appearing in the areas where highways pass by or through residential areas,which has spoiled the plan of land use,and has lower efficiency of use.This paper analyzes the problems and offers some advice for perfecting the procedure of land examination and approval and for improving the management of the approved land so as to promote the intensive use of land and sustainable development of human power,resources,and environment..
