| 摘 要： | 2003年以来,我国城市房屋拆迁房屋过程中出现了一系列剧烈冲突事件,并且越演愈烈。这些事件的焦点之一是房屋拆迁者和被拆迁户之间对土地使用价值补偿费数额存在极大争议。本文通过对城市拆迁土地使用权价值补偿存在的问题及原因进行分析,探讨一下房屋拆迁的土地使用权价值补偿的机制。

| Abstract: | Since 2003,the urban house dismantlement appear in the process of a series of violent clashes,more and more fierce.These events are the focus of dismantlement and one was for land use value between the site is a great amount of compensation.Based on urban land value demolition problems are analyzed,and discuss the dismantlement of land value compensation mechanism. |
