| 摘 要： | CEPA实施两年来取得显著成效.但因两地市场、环境、法律体系和经济发展水平的差异,CEPA实施特别是在服务贸易领域的合作方面仍存在一些困惑与问题.本文拟对两年来在CEPA架构下内地与香港服务业合作面临的困难与问题作一初步分析,并提出若干对策性管见.
