| Abstract: | By intensifying the internal and external management and supervision of the petroleum industry for the product standard, boosting the product quality level in petroleum industry, this paper discusses the im-portance and necessity of certificate for the manufacturer' s product standard. The author also makes some suggestions about the method of certificate for the manufacturer's standard in accordance with the current product standard both in and out of the petroleum industry. |
