| 摘 要： | 对石油企业一些计量检定机构目前存在的被动检定问题进行了分析,提出了从被动检定转变为主动检定的几项措施:转变观念,重新定位;建立科学的量值传递网络;引进营销机制,模拟企业化管理;对计量检定工作实行动态性管理;科学安排检定时间,实现最佳检定效果;技术检定机构与管理部门密切配合等.
