| 摘 要： | 在现场资料调研及分析的基础上,运用失效分析的方法,对现役采气井口的主要零部件失效形式及失效机理进行了分析,找出了其腐蚀、磨损及密封件老化等主要失效模式,并对提高采气井口装置的使用可靠性提出了提高易损件抗腐蚀能力等具体建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and analysis at the production site,by the means of failure analytical approach,and failure form and function of the gas wellhead equipment, the corrosion,aging of the sealing material and the failure mode. This article also gives some suggestions about the failure mode, this artide gives some suggestions about the corrosion resistance of the consumable accessories for the reliability of the gas wellhead equipment. |
