| Abstract: | This article presents the concept, target and charact eristics for the quality control and quality improvement and the relationship between them. It is pointed out that quality control and quality improvement is an important part in quality management and there is inner relationship between the quality control and quality improvement. All the activities should observe the above principle and base on the scientific method. |
