| 摘 要： | 牛鞭效应是供应链中一类典型的由不确定性导致的复杂现象.据此,本文应用复杂自适应系统理论分析了牛鞭效应产生的深层原因;通过构建概念模型,将引起牛鞭效应的因素分为产生因素与放大因素两类,研究了牛鞭效应的产生机理;最后从加剧牛鞭效应影响的因素角度,探讨了如何有效控制牛鞭效应.

| Abstract: | Bullwhip effect is a typical complicated phenomenon arising from uncertainties in the supply chain. So this article firstly analysed the inner cause of bullwhip effect with the theory of complex adaptive system, then studied its engendering mechanism by designing a notional modeling, finally discussed some approaches to control bullwhip effect from the angle of increasing its influences. |
