间硝基苯基荧光酮褪色光度法测定痕量铁

摘    要:基于稀H2SO4介质中,痕量铁(Ⅲ)对KBrO3氧化间硝基苯基荧光酮有催化作用,建立了催化褪色光度法测定痕量铁的新方法。试验表明,利用此褪色光度法测定痕量铁(Ⅲ),其灵敏度较高,间接摩尔吸光系数为1.53×106l/(mol·cm),线性范围为0~5ug/25mlFeⅢ,方法简便、快捷、灵敏度高,用于自来水及井水中痕量铁的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:It is found that in a dilute H2SO4 medium, the oxidation of 2,3,7-Trihydroxy-9-(m-nitrophenyl)fluorone carmine by postassium nitrate is catalyzed by trace amounts of Iron(III). Based on this phenomenon, a sensitive method for the determination of traces of iron is reported. A linear relationship between the decrease in absorbance for 1.53×106l per mol·cm and the rate of is found in the concentration range of 0~5 ug of Iron(III) per 25 ml of soulution. The proposed method has been used in the analysis of tap water and well water.
