| Abstract: | In their efforts to run as enterprises, geological prospecting units are facing problems as team building, managerial system, employment pressure from personnel structure, weak economic base, and low gross industrial volume and so on. To solve these problems, the paper puts forward five countermeasures, namely advancing the reform in geological prospecting units running as enterprises, innovating the team system, reinforcing the reform in investing and financing system, enlarging projects in industrial enterprises and cultivating talents and optimizing the knowledge structure in the unit. |
