On the Social Responsibility Act of the Insurance Company and Its Information Disclosure

Using the approach of the definition of concept and case analysis,the study has dissected two concepts including the corporate social responsibility action and the social responsibility action of insurance company and their intrinsic quality.On the basis of the analysis of PICC’s social resposibility reports,the study has taken the new ideas of improving the disclosure system of the social responsibility action of insurance company.
