| Abstract: | The new progress of series of ISO9000:2000 standards is given in the paper, including their composition, classification and main contents. It lays special stress on analysing the content and application of the 3.0 edition of TL9000. At last, the series of standards are analyzed comprehensively, and their development in the future is also forecasted. |
