| 摘 要： | 在参与经济全球化过程中，我国在得到更多发展机会的同时，也必然受到经济全球化的巨大冲击，其中主要是对我国经济主权和经济稳定性的冲击。为此，要求我国宏观经济管理尽快实现转型，以适应我国参与经济全球化的要求。

| Abstract: | While finding herself, in the involvement of globalization, faced with more development opportunities, Chins will invariably encounter major shocks that come along with the process, especially shocks against the country's sovereignty economy stability. This cries for an early transition of the macroeconomic administration in order to accommodate for the requirement of the economic globalization. |
