| 摘 要： | 1998年10月东盟各国正式签署了《东盟投资区的框架协议》。通过东盟投资区的建设，试图将东盟各国市场整合起来，最终形成一个较为统一的、自由的、透明的“单一投资区”。从而促进东盟和非东盟国家的投资者增加对东盟的直接投资。本文主要分析东盟投资区形成和发展的过程，并对其作简要的评价。

| Abstract: | In order to realize the goal of ASEAN Free Trade Area AFTA and attract more FDI inflows into ASEAN region,ASEAN countries had decided to establish ASEAN Investment Area AIA since 1990's.The Framework Agreement on the ASEAN Investment Area was signed by the ASEAN Economic Ministers in October 1998.The AIA is aimed at Establishing the ASEAN region as a competitive investment area with a liberal and transparent investment environment,and achieving free flow of investments in the region ultimately.The paper mainly analyzes the basic principles and measures of AIA,and then give some evaluations on its effect. |
