| 摘 要： | 中国流通现代化问题，成为近些年政府和学者关注的热点之一，但还没有文献对这些研究成果进行梳理。文章从流通现代化的定义、内容、评价、差距及路径等方面，对已有文献进行了归纳，大体呈现出关于这方面研究的全貌，以理清我国流通现代化研究的基本脉络，发现新的研究视角，推进中国流通现代化的健康发展。
