| 摘 要： | 世界上没有任何一种汇率制度适用于所有国家。对于一个国家来说,适合国情、促进生产力发展的汇率制度就是好的制度。汇率的形成要坚持自主性、渐进性、可控性原则。要重视外汇市场的基础设施建设。对中国而言,当前要进一步释放人民币升值的压力。

| Abstract: | There doesn't exist such an exchange rate system that suits any country.For any country,an exchange rate system which adapts to the country's situation and promotes its productivity development is good.The country should hold independent,step-by-step and controllable principles and think much of the basic establishment construction of exchange rate markets.For China,it's necessary to relieve more pressure of RMB increasing in value in the exchange rate market. |
