| 摘 要： | 本文针对煤炭矿区生态环境不断恶化的现实问题,运用博弈论方法,对矿区生态环境问题进行了研究,并提出了建立煤炭矿区生态环境补偿及发展法律体系、深化煤炭管理体制改革、大力发展循环经济的政策建议,这对于煤炭矿区经济可持续发展有重要的理论与现实意义。
