| 摘 要： | 区域可持续发展实践是一切可持续发展研究成果的落实和检验,是国家可持续发展成败的关键。结合莱西市土地利用现状,建立"目标层—准则层—指标层"的评价指标体系;通过专家打分法确定各因素的权重,选用模糊隶属函数和线性加权函数进行测算,就此评判出莱西市土地资源可持续利用的综合水平;引入"障碍度"对土地资源可持续利用进行定量的障碍诊断,并针对主要障碍因素提出可持续利用对策。

| Abstract: | The practices of regional sustainable development are the realization and examination of all sustainable development research results, and it is the key for national sustainable development to get success. On the basis of the Laixi land utilization present situation, the paper establishes the evaluation system of the land sustainable utilization with ＂target layer-criteria layer-indicator layer＂, in which the weight of factors is determined by experts, the muhi-objective linear weighting function method is used to calculate the integrated level of region land resource sustainable utilization. The ＂obstacle degree＂ is introduced to dianosis the obstacles of land resources sustainable utilization. Some practical and feasible countermeasures are proposed for the land utilization. |
