海绵铜浸出工艺研究

摘    要:针对海绵铜的浸出过程进行了研究,提出了常压-加压两段逆流浸出工艺。试验结果表明,Cu的总浸出率可达99%以上,贵金属不溶出,在浸出渣中得到富集。

Abstract:This paper studied the leaching process of sponge copper. A new hydrometallurgical process-atmospheric and pressure countercurrent leaching was proposed. The test results showed that the leaching ratio of copper could reach 99%, noble metals were not leached and gathered in slag.
