盖挖逆筑法隧道施工过程模拟研究

摘    要:盖挖逆筑法是一种快速发展中的浅埋隧道施工方法,由于能有效减少对地面交通的影响,有利于保证基坑及周边建筑物的安全、大量减少基坑支撑、缩短工期、确保铺轨工期的顺利实现等特点,在城市地铁隧道施工中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文结合深圳地铁五号线上-下水径区间隧道工程的设计和施工,通过采用有限差分法程序FLAC3D,探讨了盖挖逆筑法施工全过程的模拟技术,分析了盖挖逆筑法施工过程中的地铁结构受力和变形规律,结果表明采用FLAC3D模拟施工过程是可行的。

Abstract:The cover and excavation up-down method is a fast developing method especially for subway tunneling with shallow overburden.This method is widely applied in recent years in urban subway tunneling,as it can efficiently reduce the influence to the surface traffic,beneficial to ensure the safety of the ground pit and surrounding buildings,reduce the pit supports greatly,shorten construction period,and ensure the successful implementation of track laying in time.This paper investigated the simulation technology of the whole construction process of cover and excavation up-down method,analyzed the loading and deformation pattern of subway structures,by applying the finite differential code FLAC3D,based on the design and construction of Shangshuijing-Xiashuijing Section of Shenzhen Subway Line 5.The conclusion shows that simulation the construction process by using FLAC3D is feasible.
