| 摘 要： | 创新是世界城市的重要职能,北京的世界城市建设应瞄准世界创新城市的高度展开。北京的世界创新城市建设面临着较好的战略机遇期,为此应积极创造条件吸引高端人才聚集;不断优化创新体制环境,营造有利于创新的微观生态;吸引并优化配置创新要素。

| Abstract: | Innovative city is a city develop model in which city take knowledge and human capital then innovation as its inner development impetus.Innovation is a key function of world cities,therefore Beijing should take world innovative city as one of its development goals.The forthcoming new worldwide technology revolution provides Beijing a valuable strategic opportunity of to be a new world city,so it should emphasize on measures including attracting high end talent, improving its institutional system to build an innovation favored environment and optimizing innovative resources allocation. |
