China has achieved the goal of accurately lifting itself out of poverty as scheduled and has successfully eliminated absolute poverty on schedule,which at the same time means that China has entered the post-poverty alleviation era.How to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation in deep poverty areas and among deep poverty population and prevent large-scale degradation or return to poverty should be a major issue that needs to be deeply considered and solved in the post-poverty alleviation era.Experience has proved that when poor areas and poor people successfully get rid of poverty according to standards,there will be a certain degradation phenomenon,thus there will be a period of consolidation of poverty alleviation results.In particular,areas and populations that have achieved poverty alleviation through income redistribution are more likely to be degraded.Therefore,to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation and prevent large-scale degradation effectively still depends on the improvement of the viability of the people and regions lifted out of poverty.
