| Abstract: | Employment is a long restraining factor in China. The solution of employment has an important significance both in theory and reality.Development of Non-State-Owned Economy is very important to the promotion of employment. This article emphasizes that the new growth point of employment is in the development of Non-State-Owned enterprises, it analyses the relationship between employment growth and development of Non-State-Owned Economy. It gives several proposals to promote the development of on-State-Owned enterprises. |
