| Abstract: | The paper considers that it is very important to carry on innovation of system and perfection of management. The paper expounds the relation between reform of geological prospecting units and enhancement of management. It is proved that reform have high demand for management, and that strengthening management can improve the process of reform and consolidate the achievement. |
