| 摘 要： | 当前我国物流业各种法律法规缺乏统一性、协调性。在现代物流发展过程中,政府部门应借鉴国外经验,结合我国实际,为物流业的发展提供公平、透明、统一、高效率的物流法制环境。分析了加拿大物流业法律发展的基本情况,并提出了完善我国物流法律体系的建议。
