新建铁路开通速度目标值经济可行性分析

摘    要:分析影响新建铁路不同开通速度的主要土建工程因素,给出各要素所需增加投资的一般计算方法。以胶新线为例,计算了以140km/h速度和以60km/h速度开通所需的土建工程费用的差额,并对其进行成本效益分析,研究其经济可行性。最后对不同类型新建铁路开通速度目标值的选取进行了探讨。

Abstract:From civil engineering point of view, the paper analyzes differentfactors that result in different initial speed of new line. The paper also gives thegeneral calculation method for the increase of investment demanded by differentfactors. Taking Jiao-Xin line as example, the paper calculates the difference ofcivil engineering cost between the initial speed of 140km/h and 60km/h. It thenanalyzes the cost and benefit and studies its economical feasibility. At the end,it discusses on the choosing of target speed value according to different typesof newly opened railways.
