A right or wrong decision can determine the fate of a firm.This paper presents a comparative study of deci- sion method of managers in dilemma in Chinese state- owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises. Through empirical research,we explore similarity and difference of decision-making in dilemma and conclude with some interesting points. |
