| 摘 要： | 散客旅游接待能力是衡量一个城市旅游业成熟度和综合服务体系完善度的重要标志.作为著名旅游目的地,北京在散客旅游接待领域长期受一日游"黑车"问题的困扰,城市形象严重受损.文章深入分析了北京散客一日游问题形成的原因及其管理上的症结,厘清了对相关问题的认识,借鉴国内国外大城市散客服务体系建设的成功经验,为解决北京城市散客服务管理模式提出了若干可行性建议.
