试论新时期加强大学生素质教育

目前，我国在高等教育中“偏重知识传授，忽视能力和心理素质培养，导致了当前大学生知识结构不合理、知识体系内部缺乏有机联系等不良后果，与新时期社会对人才知识结构多元化以及创造性思维的要求有很大差距。应改革教育、考试、评价的内容和方法，改革教育体制和培养模式，注重人才的全面发展，树立新的人才观、质量观和教育观。把大学生素质教育摆在学校各项工作首位，把育人贯穿教育教学各个环节，为其今后的发展奠定坚实的文化基础和深厚的人文底蕴。

Preliminary Discussion on Strengthening Quality Education for College Students in New Age

Due to focusing on knowledge but ignoring education on ability and psychological quality,our higher education results in irrational structures and lack of organic relations in knowledge system.There is a big gap from the need of knowledge pluralism and innovative thought in the new age.Thus our higher education should reform the contents and methods of education,examination and evaluation,reform education system and model,stress all-around development of talents,build new concept of talents,quality and education,put quality education in the first place,and establish solid cultural and humane foundation for college students.
