借鉴国外第三方支付经验促进我国第三方支付发展

我国第三方支付的起步较晚，虽然近年来发展较快．却也受到了信用体制不健全、监管缺失等一系列因素的制约。国外发达国家第三方支付在经过多年的探索和发展中已经日趋完善和成熟．其良好的基础设施建设、成熟的信用体系、完善的监管体制、规范的法律法规指引以及政府的积极参与等成功经验，是值得我国借鉴和学习的。
