经济增速放缓背景下强化金砖国家 合作机制的对策

Under such a context, it is more necessary to for the BRICS countries to strengthen long-term cooperation and activate the long-term growth potential, especially to promote economic cooperation in the political and economic interaction, to adopt the development oriented cooperation mechanism and operation mode, to stimulate other substantive dialogue mechanism construction through the BRICS Summit, to jointly carry out the BRICS cooperation roadmap, to set up and operate the BRICS Development Bank as soon as possible, to establish a rapid response mechanism, and to strengthen the interaction between BRICS cooperation and the economic and social development.
