| 摘 要： | 在充分考虑长兴岛自身优势资源和外在环境的前提下,给出了一套科学合理的招商项目评价指标与评价方法,该评价方法依据云理论实现了对招商项目的等级划分。以大连造船厂和大连电机集团为例进行了实证研究,研究结果与实际情况非常吻合,表明该评价指标与评价方法具有较强的可操作性和科学性。

| Abstract: | Being fully considered of the resource and environment of Changxing Island, an approach and a set of evaluating indicators of synthetically evaluation in attracting project are presented. Based on Cloud Theory, the approach we proposed could effectively classify the projects , which are used for evaluating the projects soliciting business.
