| Abstract: | During the times of knowledge-based economy, knowledge management will become the leading field in enterprise management. Knowledge management in enterprise will center round knowledge and share knowledge together to realiza its management activities. The implementation of Knowledge management in enterprise should be carried out by establishing the mechanism of stimulating its employees' enjoyment of knowledge together, attaching importance to learning and training etc. |
