绿色经济视角下嵩县主要矿山综合绩效评价

绿色经济和可持续发展理念的兴起要求企业在绩效评价的过程中要更加注重综合绩效,随着绿色矿山概念的兴起,矿山绩效评价也更加关注环境的治理保护和资源的综合利用。从经济产出绩效、综合开发与利用绩效、环境治理绩效三个方面构建了矿山综合绩效评价指标体系,并综合使用层次分析法和熵值法,对河南嵩县18个主要矿山的综合绩效进行了评价。结果显示,嵩县主要矿山的整体绩效都偏低,大部分矿山在综合开发利用绩效与环境治理绩效方面都比较差,建设绿色矿山的任务依然十分繁重。

Comprehensive Performance Appraisal of Major Mines in Sonxian County under Green Economy Perspective

As the notion of green economy and sustainable development is increasingly springing up, comprehensive performance of enterprises required in the process of performance evaluation must be paid more attention to. With the rising of green mine concept, the protection and improvement of the environment, as well as comprehensive utilization of mineral resources are emphasized in the performance evaluation of mine. Economic output performance, comprehensive development and utilization performance, and environment governance performance have been the constituents of mine comprehensive performance evaluation index system. This paper gives a comprehensive performance evaluation for 18 mines in Songxian county by using analytic hierarchy process and entropy method. The results show that the overall performance of major mines is low; most of mines have poorly performance in comprehensive development and utilization, and environmental governance. Therefore, we will have a heavy task for the construction of green mining.
