| 摘 要： | 描述了全球著名承包商—布依格公司的总体运营情况，重点对其专业化业务房屋建筑、土建工程以及电气订约与维修进行了分析。从电气订约／维修、发展物业、公私伙伴关系和基础设施的特许权以及拓展欧洲业务方面分析了布依格的发展战略。指出其以核心业务为依托的多元化经营、全体总动员式的创新管理以及并举的创新管理，值得我们借鉴参考。

| Abstract: | The general operation of the world＇s famous contractor Bouygues was described. Several aspects were analyzed, including business building, civil engineering and electrical contracting and maintenance. The development strategies of Bouygues were discussed from the view of electrical contracting and maintenance, property development, public-private partnerships, infrastructure concessions and business development. It can be the references of diversified business depending on key business, sustainable development and innovation management. |
