| 摘 要： | 我国大学城的兴建对于高等教育的发展以及人居环境的建设有着重要的作用,但是在大学成建设中也存在着占地不经济、规划不合理、资金紧缺、管理不到位等问题,因而引发了高校建设中的风险。针对这些存在的问题和面临的风险,政府和高校需要采取有效措施,趋利弊害,使大学城的建设顺利进行,高校健康发展。

| Abstract: | In China university town construction has the significant role to the higher education development and the humane environment construction,but at the same time,many problems exist in its construction,for example,it will occupy a large area of land,the planning of university town construction is not reasonable,the fund is short,the management is poor and etc.These unfavorable factors will cause the high risk of university town construction.In the light of above-mentioned problems and risk,the government and the universities should take the effective measures to avoid disadvantages in the university town construction and promote higher education development healthy in China. |
