儒家义利之辨重义轻利,但并不否定利,而是主张义利统一,在义的指导和制约下去追求合理的利。徽商对儒家义利观的整合贯穿于经商的各个环节,体现于经商的动机、经商的手段以及商业利润的用途等各个方面:以义为尚,服贾求生;以义取利,生财有道;以义制利,用财有度。徽商义利观对于我们今天构建社会主义和谐社会的价值观基础--社会主义义利观具有借鉴意义。

The Confucian view of righteousness and benefit highlights righteousness,but doesn't negate benefit.The u-nification of righteousness and benefit is advocated,and the reasonable benefit not contradictory to righteousness could be pursued.Huizhou merchants,who are the town fellows of the ancient Chinese new Confucianism philosophers CHENG brothers and ZHU Xi,are deeply influenced by the Confucian view of righteousness and benefit.Huizhou mer-chants adopt the Confucian view of righteousness and benefit to run their businesses,their businesses motivated by this view,their business strategies tinctured with it,and their employment of profit effected by it.They follow the principles: righteousness should be the first consideration and then to earn one's living doing business;profit should be obtained without contradicting righteousness.The viewpoint of righteousness and benefit of Huizhou merchants is of great signifi-cance to the construction of socialist righteousness and benefit ideology,the basic values of the harmonious socialist so-ciety.
