摘    要:随着现代企业制度的逐步建立,创新人力资源管理理念已经成为众多老牌国有企业迫在眉睫的问题。本文深刻剖析了当前国有企业人力资源管理存在的问题及其根源,结合多年的工作经验提出了国有企业开发和利用潜在人力资源的有效途径和具体方法。

Abstract:With the gradual establishment of a modern enterprise system, innovative human resource management concept has become an imminent problem for large state-owned enterprise. This paper makes profound analysis of the problems in the current state-owned enterprise human resource management and their root causes, and combined with years, effective ways and specific methods for state-owned enterprises to develop and make use of the potential of human resources.
