| 摘 要： | 通过弹性往复密封件的工作性能及工作场景分析,抽取和总结了弹性往复密封件的用户需求列表。基于QFD技术,确定了密封件的设计、零部件特性、生产工艺、生产过程中影响密封件质量特性的关键因素。针对辨识出的关键质量因素,制定了弹性往复密封件质量改进的措施和控制方案,为提高密封件的性能和质量水平提供有效的质量控制依据。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the sealing performance and working environment, the custemer requirement lists of the elastic reciprocating seals were extracted. Based on the QFD technology, the key factors affecting the quality characteristics of seal part during the processes of seal design, seal parts features, seal production and machining were identified. According to the identified key factors, the quility improving measures and control programme for elastic reciprocating seals were formulated, which provided valid quality control guides for improving the quility and performance level of seal parts. |
