摘    要:水位的测量和控制在日常生活中有着广泛的应用。本文采用PLC实现信号的采集与控制,应用组态王软件对接收到的信号进行数据处理,实现水塔水位显示、报警信息显示、实时曲线、历史曲线显示,使得水泵在水塔水位过低的时候自动工作抽水,水位到达上限值时自动停止抽水。该系统在提高劳动生产率,降低能耗等方面具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Water level measurement and control has been widely used in daily life. This paper uses PLC to realize signal acquisition and control, application of configuration king software for data processing of received signal, to realize the water tower water level display, alarm information display, real-time curve, historical curve display, so that the pump can work automatically at low water level, when the water level reaches the upper limit the pump stop pumping automatically. The system is to improve labor productivity, reduce energy consumption, so it has important practical significance.
