锅炉引风机替代增压风机投运脱硫装置运行技术研究

摘    要:脱硫装置的投运率不低于90%,是当前我国环保法规对火电企业脱硫装置运行的基本要求,而脱硫增压风机故障检修常使火电企业因环保问题面临主机被迫停运和增发电量的两难选择,本文通过介绍脱硫增压风机故障检修情况下,用锅炉引风机成功代替增压风机,使脱硫装置投入运行的技术创新实例,为企业解决增压风机故障问题提供了较好的思路;也可作为火电机组雨季低负荷运行时,停运增压风机,节能降耗的运行优化方案。

Abstract:The operation rate of desulfurization device is not less than 90%, which is the basic requirement of current environmental laws and regulations of China on the operation of the desulphurization device of the thermal power enterprises, and the desulphurization booster fan fault maintenance often makes the thermal power enterprises face the dilemma that the host is forced to shut down and increase generating capacity because of environmental problems. By introducing the innovation case that the booster fan can be replaced by boiler induced draft fan successfully to put the desulfurization device into operation in the fault maintenance of the desulphurization booster fan, this paper provides a good way for enterprises to solve the problems of booster fan fault which can also be used as an operation optimization scheme to save energy when the thermal power unit operates at a low capacity and the booster fan is shut down during the rainy season.
