| 摘 要： | 翻译能力是译者进行翻译活动必须掌握的知识和技能。以《咸宁新闻网》英译项目为依托,对比研究学生译员在该项目前后的翻译能力水平及发展。以项目翻译小组的在线聊天记录为研究素材,对相同环境下的译员能力发展给出动态分析,探寻影响译员翻译能力发展的因素。从翻译能力培养的角度对该素材进行量化分析,指出小组网络在线交流对翻译能力培养的影响。

| Abstract: | Translation competence is the knowledge and skills that a translator needs to know in order to implement translation activities. The materials to be analyzed are the online-chatting records of the trainee translators of a news translation project. Quantitativeanalysis is carried out from the perspective of translation competence to find out the influence of online-chatting between group members on their translation competence development. |
