| 摘 要： | 科研档案管理工作是高校事业发展的重要组成部分之一,为了改善科研档案管理中存在的归档不及时、不完整、重档轻管、只存不用等问题,可以考虑采用分级管理模式、进行信息化建设、培训档案管理人员等方法来提升高校科研档案的质量和利用率。

| Abstract: | The management of scientific research archives is an important part of the development of colleges and universities. In order to improve the problems in the management of scientific research archives, such as, not timely archiving, incomplete, paying more attention to the archives but less to the management, only saving without using, and so on, it proposes to apply the hierarchical management model, conduct informatization construction, train archives management method to improve the quality and utilization rate of scientific research archives in universities. |
