摘    要:近年来,国内大多数企业经历了低端的价格竞争、公关及服务大战,竞争的战略开始趋于理性,慢慢出现了高层次的竞争手段和方式,那就是企业形象竞争。就目前来说,我国的CIS理论和实践还不是很成熟,尚处在引进、启蒙、实验和探索阶段。在导入过程中存在着各种问题和误区。本文在充分认识和理解CIS战略核心内容的同时,就如何有步骤、科学的导入CIS战略作了初步的探讨。

Abstract:In recent years, most of the domestic enterprises have experienced the low-end price competition, public relations and service challenge, and the strategy of competition tends to be rational, which gradually emerges high level competition means, that is competition of the corporate image. At present, China's CIS theory and practice is not very mature, is still in the stage of introduction, enlightenment, experimental and exploratory. There are various problems and errors during the introduction process. Based on the ample understanding for the core content of CIS strategy, this paper discusses how to introduce the CIS strategy scientifically in order.
